By enrolling in Mumbai Street Art Academy courses, you agree to attend scheduled sessions, follow ethical street art practices, and comply with all Indian laws regarding public art and property rights.
Our academy is committed to teaching legal and ethical graffiti techniques. Students must agree to only practice on authorized walls, obtain proper permits, and respect community spaces and property rights.
Students must demonstrate respect for instructors, fellow students, and the communities where we practice. Vandalism, illegal graffiti, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate course termination without refund.
Basic art supplies are included in course fees. Students are responsible for personal protective equipment and may purchase additional materials. All materials must be used responsibly and in accordance with environmental regulations in India.
Course materials, techniques, and educational content remain the property of Mumbai Street Art Academy. Students retain rights to their original artwork but may not reproduce or distribute academy training materials.
Mumbai Street Art Academy provides education in a safe environment but is not liable for injuries during practical sessions. Students participate at their own risk and must follow all safety guidelines.
The academy reserves the right to modify course schedules, content, or locations due to weather, legal restrictions, or other circumstances. Alternative arrangements will be provided when possible.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
