Mumbai Street Art Academy

Students may cancel their enrollment and receive a full refund if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the course start date. Cancellations within 7 days of the course start will receive a 50% refund to cover administrative costs.
If Mumbai Street Art Academy cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment, weather conditions, or legal restrictions, students will receive a 100% refund or the option to transfer to a future course session.
Students who complete less than 25% of course sessions may be eligible for a partial refund, calculated based on unused materials and remaining instruction time. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of withdrawal.
In cases of documented medical emergencies or family crises, Mumbai Street Art Academy may provide full or partial refunds at our discretion, regardless of the standard cancellation timeframe.
Students who fail to attend scheduled sessions without prior notification forfeit their right to refunds. However, makeup sessions may be arranged for excused absences with advance notice.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may result in additional delays of 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Refund disputes will be handled through our customer service team first. Unresolved issues may be escalated to third-party mediation as per Indian consumer protection laws.
To request a refund, email refunds@mumbaistreetartacademy.com with your enrollment details and reason for cancellation. Include supporting documentation for medical or emergency situations.
